Great Tasting Fat Burning Breakfast Smoothie
This easy to make, awesome fat burning breakfast smoothie is made with bananas, kiwi fruit, strawberries, orange juice, lime juice and Osolean Powder.
Tip: Use slightly green bananas because they have a resistance starch factor of 2. As an added bonus to this nutritious smoothie you can add Osolean Powder for greater apatite control and accelerated fat loss.

Ingredients and Preperation
,The following measurements are for a Magic Bullet. It is the perfect size.
I have been losing a lot of weight by making these smoothies and adding Osolean Powder to them.
Ingredients:

One slightly green banana, peeled, sliced to fit in the blender.

Two strawberries

One kiwi, peeled, cut in halves

Juice of one lime, or a couple of squirts from a Real Lime bottle.

Just a splash of Orange juice, about 1/8 cup (with pulp, because the pulp is good for you)

2/3 cup of Kashi GO Lean Crunch

Some Ice If you Must

(Optional two) scoops Osolean Powder. I add this to every Smoothie I make.
- (Optional) 2 raw eggs for a larger blender only...
Preparation:
Place the Kashi and Osolean into the cup first, Then add the banana, kiwi ,strawberry's, lime juice, and orange juice in the blender and pulse. Important... Do not blend until it is smooth. Particulate size make a huge difference in how long you will be full and how fast it will be digested...
If you blend it until it is smooth it is pretty much pre-digested and that is going to cause an insulin response and you do not want that. Because insulin causes the body to store the extra sugar as fat...
